One World One Heart Blog Giveaway is being hosted by Lisa Oceandreamer of Heart of the Nest and Imagination Cafe. What is One World One Heart Giveaway you ask??
It is a blog-wide giveaway event. The original idea behind this was to bring bloggers together from around the world who may never ordinarily meet. It closes the gap of the blog community and enables us to interact, discover new and wonderful people, and in the process possibly win a prize or many prizes along the way. Last years event had nearly 100 participants and many connections were made because of it......friendships that are still going strong.
I am participating in this event this year! This is going to be so much fun! As promised here is one of the prizes for one of my winners: Its a Circus themed one of a kind canvas I made especially for this event!
Heres is prize number two for the second lucky winner.....
Comments will be closed on February 13, 2008 to announce the winner on February 14, 2008... Good Luck and have fun!!
Please make sure you enter your email address into the comments section, anonymous people will be deleted. I also ask that you please tell me where you are from just to see how far this has gotten and how you heard about my giveaway. Not a lot to ask for a great prize is it?? It does not matter how many times you enter your name will only be put in the draw once. This will make it fair for everyone!!
If you would like to participate in this event please do so by going to One World-One Heart. Lets all reach out to one another!! Pass the word around!!
EDIT: EVEN IF you are not participating with a giveaway you can still enter to win on the various blogs. The point is to find new blogs, meet new people.

I stumbled across this awesome site Inka Stamps a few months ago that has a lot of these really great collage sheets and stamps and great prices! I really wanted to buy some and realized I just have no room for anything else. So I decided to get rid of a bunch of my stamps I no longer use or even want! Thanks to the ladies who purchased some of my stamps I bought more goodies!! :)
Anyway when I was shopping at this great site I found some freebies on it. So I figured I would use some of her freebies while I impatiently wait for my package!!
Thanks Inka for the inspiration!! I love Faireys and so does Inka we make a great pair!!

Well I finally did it!! I made my first button fairy! This weeks challenge at Wednesday Stamper was to make one! There has been a lot of talk about them and I wanted to do one too. Shes not that bad for my first :p !!
Collage image from Altered Pages.
O and her name is
She is a trouble maker.
She lives in fields where wild flowers and poppies grow.
She is only seen in the enchanted moment between sleep and waking.
After all I have been doing going through all my stamps and stuff I decided I needed a break to go create!
This weeks challenge at Mixed Media Monday was to create using the theme Childhood. Its a 4x4 and the first time I made something this size.
I decided to try a new technique with it. So I did the packing tape transfer. Not sure I am going to do that again. I just don't like the way the image looks. Maybe practice makes perfect? The collage image is from Altered Pages!
All of these are a 50 cents each all of em for 10 bucks or make an offer! I labeled them as best as I could. I really hope you can see them. They are all unmounted but do have foam on the back. I really have no clue what company they are but do know that some say alacarte and some say ISC on the backs in my writing so I did know at one point in time. Email me if you want any at firstname.lastname@example.org click here for shipping info. I will clean them up for ya!! I think the ink on them makes it better to see them.
All of these are a dollar each. I labeled them as best as I could. I really hope you can see them. The one labeled 4? has flowers as a border and a wicker basket with flowers in it. Something you might see from a thanksgiving picture. I dunno! LOL!! They are all unmounted but do have foam on the back. Email me if you want any at email@example.com click here for shipping info. I will clean them up for ya!! I think the ink on them makes it better to see them.
These are all from Past Time Stamps no longer in business!

These are all from Buzz N Bloom the men are a little bit photo stamps but not true. If you know photo stamps you know what I am talking about. They do stamp very well but do not have the little tiny specks like true photo stamps have. These are all unmounted but do have foam on the backs. Most of them have NOT been used at all. Prices are as marked and shipping is the same as my previous posts. If you have already bought other items I will add them to your package and no you won't have to pay shipping twice. Please see my previous posts for shipping prices. Email me with at firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of the stamps you want and I will send you the paypal info. First come first serve!! Thanks for making room in my art room!! :)
Ok here are some of my stamps I no longer use or want!! Too many stamps not enough room. LOL!! How can anyone have too many stamps? HA!! No clue! But I just don't use these and they are taking up space where it is needed for new ones! I have labeled each stamp with a
number and the price email me at email@example.com with the # you want. I will take it as first come first serve. After payment is received I will take them down, I will also be adding more to this post as some of them come down. So keep checking back or subscribe to my feed on the left hand side to find more.
These are all on wood blocks and will send them in either a flat rate box which is Flat Rate Priority Mail ($8.95) 2 - 3 business days if you have enough to fill it. Or they will go in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope which is Priority Mail ($4.60) 2 - 3 business days. I accept paypal!!

I have a ton of like new ink pads for sale. I am going to sell them for $1.00 a pad. I have memories, memories pigment, memories chalk, kaleidacolors, brilliance and archivial ink. These ink pads have hardly been used, some of them are brand new still sealed i will label those for you to see.
I will sell them each for $1.00 an ink pad plus shipping. I will put them in a Priority Mail® Flat Rate Envelope which is 2-3 Day Service Standard at $4.60. International unknown what the price would be but you are welcome, I will package them up and take to po and let you know. I feel these may be better for the beginner stamper or maybe not. But they are used gently very gently. I do take care of my ink pads very well. The outside may be a bit inky but the inside is not.
Click on the images for a larger view.

If you see a fairy ring
In a field of grass,
Very lightly step around,
Tip-Toe as you pass,
Last night Fairies frolicked there
And they're sleeping somewhere near.
If you see a tiny fairy
Lying fast asleep
Shut your eyes
And make a wish,
Do not stay to peek!
Do not tell
Or you'll break a fairy spell
Christofer says to me mommy can we catch a fairey? So I say why not. This is how we caught that fairey!
Due to some difficulty by some of my visitors I removed the tutorial embedded and placed the link to watch it off of my site. Sorry!
Christofer loves this fairey so much that he wants to open the jar all the time and feed her and hold her. I keep telling him that we can't open the jar she will get out, (besides it's glued shut)! I found her a couple times in his room on his dresser. So maybe next week we will have to find a boy fairey for his girl fairey to have a friend.
Thanks for looking!!! Comments welcomed!!
My fairy is called Water Goblinglow
She is a bringer of riches and wealth.
She lives near bubbling brooks where Lords and Ladies and Cuckoo's Pint grow.
She is only seen in the light of a full moon.
She wears deep blue dresses. She has gentle green wings like a butterfly.

i stumbled upon this blog and thought this is great! i don't think i have ever used those words but may have once or twice. i have however seen lots and lots of blogs with those words and frankly they do get old. the definition of "blogging" is just this:
blog (blŏg) Pronunciation Key
n. A weblog.
intr.v. blogged, blog·ging, blogs
To write entries in, add material to, or maintain a weblog.
no rules nothing written that you have to write daily or have to apologize for not writing.
did you write in your diary daily? no of course not! and if you did it was prob the same thing "i love him he is so cute!"
a blog is an online diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a web page... should you write in your online blog daily? what if you did nothing that day what do you write. i got up ate breakfast lounged all day and went to bed. how boring is that? that will definitely keep them coming back (sarcasm). instead keep them wondering whats next and when?
blogging without obligation is a great concept and love the idea. lets do away with the sorry haven't posted in awhile entries there are already over 1,110,000 blogs that say that.
till next time... may be tomorrow may be next week!

Tracy, mimi, moonwillow, carolyn m, debbie, jackie
Congrats again ladies. I have sent an email to them all and if I do not receive an email back I will go down the list.
Remember I have more stuff to giveaway later this month so check back often.
Jan 8, 2008
For Xmas my dh bought me some plastic drawers for me to put my "stuff" in. So everyday I have been cleaning a different drawer, shelf or whatever. I have a ton of napkins that I just don't need or want have no use for or just don't like. I am giving these away to anyone who posts on here. I have flowered napkins, xmas, thanksgiving, vintage, oriental, and more...
If your asking why would I want napkins? To make Napkin Art of course. I don't do a lot of it anymore but did use them a lot and bought whatever I could. My style has changed a lot since then and I know I just won't use them for anything.
So up for grabs to who posts here, I have a lot and am not sure how many I will be able to fit in an envie but will jam them in. I prob have enough for about 4 maybe 5 people. Please include your email in your post!!!
Keep checking back I will have more goodies to giveaway while cleaning!!

I too think this is a great idea and am willing to play!
I will send a handmade gift/thingy/ something to the first 3 people who leave a comment on my blog requesting to join this ‘Pay It Forward’ exchange. I don’t know what that gift will be, and you may not receive it tomorrow or next week, but you will receive it within 365 days, that is my promise! And truthfully, it will most probably be later rather than sooner! The only thing you have to do in return is ‘Pay It Forward’ by making the same promise on your blog with a link back to me. So basically, if you comment, I’ll send you something crafty that I’ll make! Once you sign up, copy and paste the above paragraph on your blog, and three other lucky people will be recipients of your handmade work.
You must post this on your blog to be eligible.

My name is Melissa Huber I am 28 for 3 yrs now. I am an LPN who now stays at home to care for our four children, married to Bill for 5 years and I live in Springville, NY. In my spare time I am a self taught Mixed Media Artist that dabbles in all sorts of mediums and paper arts. I have been doing crafts my entire life. I started working with paper arts about 6 years ago to make a scrapbook of my wedding. To this day it is still not complete, but still in the works! I found myself wandering out of scrap booking and into all sorts of mediums ranging from inks to paints to collage to altered arts. All of my work uses scrapbook material altered and or hybrid that I create myself. I love to create my own embellishments with photo shop and print them out for my work. My style is unique, a touch of vintage, mixed with bright colors. I love fairies and find myself adding wings, crowns and flowers to a lot of my work.
I now own my own business Paper Imagery Designs and it is great!!
I have been on several design teams including The Krafty Lady, SSReflections (scroll to my name under stamping team), Buzz N Bloom, Stampers Mall, and Altered Pages. I have written reviews for Fiskars and articles for Hearts In Touch. My current work can be seen on my blog http://alterediva.blogspot.com/. An easier way to find my past design team artwork is on my blog on the right hand side labeled “past design teams”.
